The Euro Tactical Military-Police Marksman Course is an intensive five day course designed to take an individual with little or no training with scoped weapon systems and give them a solid foundation. The course is a combination of classroom theory, practical field operations and live fire tests, the instructors are all qualified military Marksmen. The 1:2 instructor student ratio provides personal instruction to maximise learning. At the end of this course the successful student will be able to set up their own Marksman weapons system, zero the scope to the firearm, be able to judge distance to the target & successfully read wind to engage the target. These skill sets are the basic foundation needed to be able to operate as an effective Marksman either as an induvidual or in a team. During this course the shooter will engage targets at 100m.
Safety, precautions, stripping, assembly and maintenance of the weapon, Marksman equipment, marksmanship principles, observation, judging distances, ballistics, elevation and windage, use of range cards, methods of engaging moving targets, introduction to urban marksmanship.
ADVANCED MILITARY-POLICE MARKSMAN COURSE

Prerequisite: Euro Tactical Military-Police Marksman Course or Marksman Certification from a credible training organisation.

The advanced Marksman course picks up where the basic Marksman instruction finished & is designed to take a Marksman to the next level of training and proficiency. The course is a combination of classroom theory, practical field applications with live firing. The student should be prepared for long hours in all weather conditions. The aim of the course is to give the successful student the necessary tools to be an effective Marksman in all environments. The course will cover:
Reviewing the basic fundamentals, advanced methods of judging wind, calling the shot, low light shooting, urban operation, camouflage & concealment, team planning, unknown distance shoots, mission planning, glass shooting, synchronised shoots
